Why Spain has the Best Football Coaches

The very echelon of football game depends on the mindset and the game-plan of the coaches.

Over the years, we’ve seen the best of coaches in UEFA competitions coming from Espana and they are doing absolutely great job.

We’ll take a look at why and how they managed to reach that level in topflight football.

1:Pep Guardiola: we all know how tactical prowess and no need for a cliche.

2: Luis Enrique: Pep’s apprentice learnt and mastered the art very well that he was the last manager to win UCL at Barcelona.

3:Mikel Arteta: Doing absolutely good at the Arsenal dugout, helping them reclaim their lost glory.

4:Xabi Alonso: The very best coach in the German Bundesliga right now, guiding a struggling Leverkusen to an unprecedented title enjoying a run of 36 games unbeaten.

5: Unai Emery: This man took Sevilla to the echelon of the Europa league, winning the trophy 3 times in a row, he is performing wonders at Aston Villa, with an averagely inherited squad that was heading for the Championship just last season, they ended the season at  the 7th position and they that currently occupies the 5th position his time around.
